I frequent both sites. Anandtech has the advantage of getting more traffic plus I like their "hot deals" section but besides that I wouldn't be too critical of either forum. They both have their pros and cons. Have you ever been to their "other" section? Some disturbed people there. :D

What I notice (or rather, had pointed out to me) is that weeks after THG launches TG Daily, Anand also turns their news section into a site, Daily Tech. Well, I suppose there's nothing wrong in following in the footsteps of... err, something brilliant. Yes, that's inspiring.

Ned, did you read the thread fully? It is 99% about tg in general, and not about forumz.

In any case, I took a good look at their forum, and besides 'hot deals', the only other thing that sets it apart is 'My Gear' feature. I have notied a lot of guys here post their gear specs in the sig here, and the gear feature could be nice, but I have not looked further to see how many people are using that over there.
