Question Android phone wont connect to my PC but will connect on other PC

I was going to transfer files from my phone to my PC but my Phone wouldn't show up on my file explorer, I tried another phone and my PC would recognize it, I also tried plugging my phone to another PC and the PC would recognize it only on mine it wouldn't but my PC would recognize other phones

Make and model of your phone that's being a culprit? Some phones need you to unlock the phone(fingerprint or password) from the lock screen, then set the phone to what you tethered the phone to do, i.e, if you want to transfer data or use it as a hotspot.

What OS are you working with on your PC? Version of OS if you're on Windows 10?

My phone is a galaxy j7 pro, My Windows 10 has Version 10.0.19042, The last time I transfered data which was about a month ago it was still working
