i disabled all options in schedule scans still eating up cpu after reboot

i rolled back windows so i can run malwarebytes. seems like i was infected weeks ago. found 10 infections. Seems fixed now. i think i will buy this program since windows defender not strong enough

As it is at 74% CPU usage, I'd say either an intensive Defender scan is occurring on with a very weak Atom CPU, or, that something w/ Windows and/or Defender is 'botched'....possibly after an update, etc...

My own AntiMalware Service Executable only runs ~14-16% usage during a Defender quick scan on my 7700K....
