Antivirus nead internet

I have a problem , my internet it's working but i can't install an antivirus , the antivirus send me a message to connect the internet , but i am connected and it still don't work , i tied with meany antiviruses but i still can't install any of them , all of them are requesting to connect the internet , but i'm connected
