Question Any solutions ?

Hi i have a problem with my pc, i'm using hpz210, when i power on the pc it shows a screen with hp logo and it says " Press Esc for startup menu", the problem is that when i press Esc nothing happen even if i pressed any key, the issue happened after I entered the bios and changing some settings at storage options. Please help me 😔.

Is it possible for you to state what options in the Storage you'd changed? You could try and remove the CMOS battery from the motherboard for at least 15 mins and then replace it before trying to power the prebuilt, back on.
I don't know what's the CMOS battery (i'm using a desktop by the way)

It's a small coin-like battery that's somewhere on your motherboard. Hard to say where it is on yours.

I'm not sure why you thought removing the hard drive was an alternative.

You really need to retrace your steps and figure out what settings you altered. Why did you do this?
If i entered the bios i may resolve the issue but i can't enter it
