[SOLVED] AOC Q3279VWF Freesync with Nvidia card

Does anyone know for sure if Freesync works well on this monitor with a Nvidia gpu over displayport?
I really need to know.

The document is being trolled a bit, but the data is there in some of the recent backups:

"Seems to work so far, must be enabled in NV Control Panel. Enabling in the Monitor Menu not needed. "

They used a 1070Ti.

It does not work. I have this monitor since two days ago.
It is enabled in nv control panel. doesnt matter what fps i use there is noticeable tearing. if freesync worked there wouldn't be tearing.

i noticed i have not AOC Q3279VWF but newer AOC Q3279VWFD8 model.

Well, some people still report even that model working. You might need to check for firmware updates for the panel, and make sure your GPU drivers and cable are up to the challenge.
