Question Aorus z390 xtreme fan controller has stopped me from changing Corsair sp 120 pro fans colours.

Hey guys I have been through so much struggle the past 6 months. During the setup of my pc I used the default fanhub supplied with the aorus z390 xtreme motherboard. After using fusion 2.0 I have never been able to change or alter my fans rgb colours. I purchased the commander pro along with the 6 rgb fan hub and the fans refuse to change colour. I have updated all drivers on all icue softwares and fusion softwares, removed all softwares and reinstalled and even full wiped the pc and did a complete reset and the fans still won't change. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am using sp 120 pro rgb fans by corsair.

This seems to be a issue across some forums but have you:

Are the fans plugged in to ports 1-2-3? (No skipping allowed!)

Also double check the USB connection and try a different USB internal port if you have one.

I have done all these steps and still the same issue can't get the fans to change what so ever im so confused at this point.
