Question Apex not smooth

Hi everyone !
Need some help with Apex!
The game is not running smooth and I feel like it should with my specs or am I completely off here ?😂 I've tried everything on low and almost everything you can find on the internet..
Ryzen 7 2700x 3.7 ghz
Geforce 2070 8gb (think it's OC from retailer)
16 ram
Windows 10

Like random fps drops it's running smooth with no problems then on certain spots it feels a bit laggy.. have the same thing in csgo certain areas in a map feels a bit laggy

Yeah just checked in CPU-Z it's in dual
