I couldnt get to recognize my ssd with OS from BIOS. I was seeing it in storage category but not in boot priority.

I disconnected all drives and i installed in a random port my SSD then it was recognized in boot priority and afterwards

hooked on the other drives.

Now everything is ok but i am worried if the drives should be in order from 0 to 2 or should i leave them since they are all working ok and the process will be the same (pluging and unpluging cables).

Solution
Don't have to fix what isn't broken.
Just ideally you would have your SSD as your first boot device.
Won't cause any issues though, just means if you ever put something else as boot device 1, it will try and boot that before your SSD.

And as TJ Hooker says below - makes no difference what physical ports they're plugged into for boot priority.
