Question Are these temperatures and voltages all right in a hot country?

Hi, everyone!

First of all, I live in Brazil, and we're in the middle of a freaking hot summer right now.
Well, I recently built a new PC, after 6 years, and I'm wondering if these GPU, CPU and motherboard temperatures are OK for my setup.

My VCore is set to 1.14v, and the rest of the voltages are at default.

I'm SPECIALLY concerned about TMPIN2 and TMPIN4 on my motherboard (which reached 61ºC once) and the 68ºC peak on the CPU. That was playing CS:GO, which is a VERY CPU-hungry game, just for the record.

And could I improve these voltages somehow?

BIOS Vcore settings are like this:

Hardware:
- i7-8700 (non-K) + Cooler Master Hyper 212X with stock fan

- Gigabyte RTX 2060 Gaming OC 6GB

- Gigabyte B360M Aorus Gaming 3

- Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8) DDR4 2400MHz

- SSD Samsung 860 EVO 250GB

- HDD Seagate BarraCuda 2TB

- Corsair TX650M semi modular 80 Plus Gold

- NZXT H500 case

- Fans: 2x Thermaltake Riing 140mm (front), 1x NZXT 120mm stock (up rear), 1x NZXT 120mm stock (rear)
(The two 140mm front fans are connected to the PSU, always on full speed. The stock fans are connected to the motherboard, but are not PWM)

I really appreciate any input on this!
Thank you a lot in advance!
