I put a password on my wireless modem TP-LINK , and I expected it to ask for password everytime i want to connect but it doesn't. How can I change the settings so that it asks for password everytime for connecting??
usually you will only be asked for the password the first time you connect to the wifi and the password will be saved on the device.
you might have had an option Not to save the password when you first connected.
in the area where you manage you wireless networks there should be a setting to not auto connect. This should require you enter the password every time you connect manually

I searched the whole settings and helps of the modem but there is no such thing as not auto connect , of course the settings are a little bit complicative but i didn't find anything. Can u give me the exact location where I should change those settings?
thank u.
the only password that come on a router by default is the one you need to configure the router. Usually the wireless does not have a password. You will have to log into the router, using a network cable, and configure the wireless settings by enableling the wireless security, choosing a wireless mode (if possible use WPA2), and setting a wireless password (use a strong one like !!P4ssw0rd@@).
