ASRock's Stored OC Profiles, amd memory mhz

Are ASRocks stored profiles any good?

I used the 3.8ghz one and my memory timings are off? its 1600mhz memory

just overclock without profiles, for a easy 3.2ghz with high chance of stability, just change the blk to 160 with 20x and it should be fast enuf if not, increase blk bit by bit until it is unstable and put abit of voltage into it until stable
