OCing possible? Or not with this combo? If it is possible, what steps should I take. I have a Cooler Master ATC-201 for cooling purposes.

You should be able to get it to about 150MHz FSB, giving you 1125. You will need to raise your core voltage and may need a better cooler. I suggest the Volcano II with a Delta fan.
