Hi, as the title says I want to know if I should choose a Asus M5A97 or a MSI Z170A for my build.

I'm planning to use this components on the motherboard.
Intel i5-4460
EVGA GTX 960 SSC 2GB DDR5
Kingston HyperX Fury 8GB (1x8GB)
Seagate ST1000DM003 1TB
EVGA 600B 80Plus

I'm not planning to overclock anything and I want to use the PC mostly for casual / high graphics gaming, programming and using adobe software such as Ps, Ae and Illustrator.

Thanks in advice!

Yeah, it's a new build.
My budget is $790 US ($14,000 MXN)
The only problem is that there's a huge lack of hardware here in Mexico, so I can't really find good stuff here.
And it's a bit more expensive buying hardware here than it is in USA. I can't really find good stuff here that isn't way too expensive.

I'm trying with this build.
Intel i5-4460 / FX-6300 - $2940 MXN / $1806 MXN
Cooler Master Elite 430 - $829 MXN
Kingston HyperX Fury 1x8GB - $620 MXN
EVGA GTX 960 SSC 2GB - $3775 MXN
Seagate 1TB 7200 RPM - $850 MXN
EVGA 600B - $885 MXN

Total $9,899 MXN / $8,765 MXN Which is around $560 US / $495 US (Without Shipping cost)
Feel free to suggest something better.

Due to limited availability I cant really go with what I was thinking (skylake).
I would look for a B2, G2, or GS power supply (or XFX).
Get 2x4GB ram instead of 1x8.
If you can find either of those two motherboards that would be good for the i5 choice.

So I made some changes and decided to go with this build.

i5-4460
Gigabyte G1.Sniper B6
EVGA GTX 960 SSC 2GB
Kingston HyperX Fury 2x4GB DDR4
Seagate 1TB 7200 RPM
EVGA 600B
Cooler Master Elite 430

What do you think? It's around 12,051 MXN (680 US) (Without shipping)
