Asus M5A97 R2.0 ram speed and timings compatibility

I apologize if i miss any important data for solving this issue but im the new kid in the neighbor.

Im having issues with an Asus m5a97 r2.0 motherboard using a 1x4gb kingston hyperX 1600mhz, when i have to force a restart using Reset button or turn it on the morning it wouldn't boot and i have to force the ram speed to Auto on the bios. Ive tried to set DOCP to 1600mhz but it wouldnt boot after saving and restarting so i have to force it again to automatic settings.
Also, monitoring the ram with asus ai suite, its getting 1.65v so i guess its ok while using an amd cpu, right?

If further hardware info is needed:
CPU: AMD FX-6300
Graphics: R7 260x 2gb sapphire
RAM: Kingston 1x4gb ddr3 1600mhz model(or something like that): KHX1600c9d3/4gx
Not intending to overclock cpu/graphics because i dont have a decent cooling system

The specs say DRAM voltage needs to be 1.65v not 1.5v for 1600MHz

Also, you can try instead of DOCP set the AI Overclock Tuner to manual and set the memory clock and DRAM Timings starting with CAS Latency to 9-9-9-24

After reading the link you provided there there are 2 possible settings, as i have understood or correct if wrong

option 1: timings 9-9-9-27 @1.65V
option 2: timings 11-11-11 @1.5V but the last timing is missing
and you provided timings 9-9-9-24 @1.65V, so this would be either option zero or option 3.

I will try your settings and report if anything goes wrong.
So id like to know if there is any improvement between the voltage settings, aside from the timings.
