ASUS P4P800 or MSI Neo2-FIS2R

Hello! I'm planning to put together a PC and thinking about those two motherboards above. Which one would you recommend and why?

I´d buy the Asus P4P800 mobo over the MSI

Check out Anandtech's motherboard shootout. The Abit IS7 won, the P4P800 would have been second, etc. They picked the P4P800 Deluxe over the IS7-G, however.

Anyway, I prefer to overclock on my own, and fear MSI's automatic overclocking may limit how far I can go manually.
