Check out Anandtech's motherboard shootout. The Abit IS7 won, the P4P800 would have been second, etc. They picked the P4P800 Deluxe over the IS7-G, however.
Anyway, I prefer to overclock on my own, and fear MSI's automatic overclocking may limit how far I can go manually.
