Question Asus Prime z390-A red and yellow light flashing from CPU-DRAM

What do these lights mean? My PC also shows no display on the monitor and i don't hear any beeps(a speaker isn't plugged in if that's the problem for that).
Any ideas on how to fix it/get it to boot?

i5 9600k Coffee Lake
ASUS Prime z390-A
Geforce RTX 2070
Vengence 8 GB DDR4 ram.
EVGA 600 BQ
Seagate Barracuda 500 gb
WD BLUE

take the rtx 2070 out and test with the igpu.
exact model of the ram?

was it working before or is this a new build?

its all new. I can test it without the 2070 in a second just need to screw some stuff back in.

oh yea and the exact model is Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4 RAM 3000

First post reads, Vengence 8 GB DDR4 ram, not exact model is Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4 RAM 3000.

I suggest using a part number if you want anyone to know the exact model.
