So I am starting a new build with an RTX 5080 GPU. I bought the X870E mobo + Ryzen 9800X3D combo from Newegg and I am trying to make sure I have the NVMe situation correct.

I am wanting to run the 5080 GPU with all 16 lanes and at least one NVMe 5.0, if not two. Do I have the gist of it or not?.
Also I could use a good case recommendation to utilize all the USB headers that this mobo has.

(From the mobo manual)
M.2_1 slot (Key M), type 2242/2260/2280 (supports PCIe 5.0 x4 mode)
M.2_2 slot (Key M), type 2242/2260/2280 (supports PCIe 5.0 x4 mode)
M.2_3 slot (Key M), type 2242/2260/2280 (supports PCIe 5.0 x4 mode)
When M.2_3 are enabled, PCIEX16_1 will run x8, and PCIEX16_2 will run x4.
When M.2_2 and M.2_3 are enabled simultaneously, PCIEX16_2 will be disabled.**

When M.2_3 are enabled, PCIEX16_1 will run x8, and PCIEX16_2 will run x4, M.2_2 will be disabled

Only one 5.0 M.2. No AMD or Intel board will give you more than one 5.0 M.2 without eating lanes from the top PCIe slot. But note, if you use last gen Intel, you won't get ANY 5.0 M.2 without whacking your top PCIe slot.
