Question Asus RX580 8gb Dual crashing in games

Hi! I have problem with my rx580. When I play games like CS:GO my screen goes black and lost signal also gpu fans goes to 100%. I need to force restart my pc to get back to windows. After restart radeon software says: Default Radeon Wattman settings has been restored due unexpected system failure. I don't have idea what to do. Please help I would really appreciate that.

PC parts:

CPU: Ryzen 3 1200 3.8ghz oc
PSU: aerocool vx plus 550w
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws 16gb 3466mhz
GPU: Asus Rx580 dual 8gb
MOBO: Asus Prime B-350 plus
OS: Windows 10 2004

I have underclocked it to stock clock speed that reads in amd website amd all drivers are up to date
