Question Asus Vivobook stuck on logo and that wants me to get into bios and simply save settings and exit to boot up every time

8 months ago I bought a laptop, Asus vivobook with ryzen 5 3500 8gb ram and nvme 512gb , and suddenly one day as I was about to open it it stuck to the logo. Since then , in order not to get stuck, always before boot, I have to get into bios and simply save settings and exit. After that boot correct to windows 10 pro x64.

I have tried :

1. clear windows installation
2. reset bios
3. restore settings in bios

Τhere is a case to have damage motherboard?

I sent it to the dealership and they do not know what to tell me.
The only thing they told me is that it is out of warranty without justification.

Can you not send it to Asus for repair?

The dealership told me that they sent it to ASUS and is out of warranty without why. Laptop has never open to fix.

I're just wondering if it's a motherboard issue or something else? Has anyone experienced the same?
