Asus Z370 Plus dual GPU?

Hi,
Recently built an editing pc.
Got the Asus Z370 Plus. I’m about to get additional 16 gigs of ram and i noticed besides my graphics card, theres another slot - appears to be for a second graphics card. I have the P1000 - if i purchase another P1000, will it work? Did some research and they said something about amd crossfire technology but hoping it could would with dual quadros too.

P1000 is not supporting AMD_crossfire. Check Nvidia_SLI.

P.S. P1000 have no SLI connectors.
