athlon compared to plaomino

Won't Palomino be AMD's first product using 0.13 miron manufacturing (not in the first release but later)?

Thoroughbred is the first Athlon to use .13 micron and SOI. Palomino is a core revision, to reduce heat/voltage and includes PowerNow. It's also rumored to use pure silicon, contain performance (IPC) enhancements and possibly SSE.
