ATI TV out

Hi!

I would like to know how you enable TV out so that you can activate it from keyboard short cut. After installing ATI Control Panel the default shortcut is alt-f5 but after that I always have to change resolution. It's not easy for me because tv is 20m from computer. I've tried many forums and it seems that everyone ignores my question

What do you have to change the resolution to. The only thing I have to do on mine is enable the tv out on the video card. Now this changes the resolution on my monitor if I have the tv display whats on the monitor. Now if I have the tv as a second monitor the resolution doesnt change but then I cant watch my movies very easily because I cant see the mouse on the tv to hit play.

I suppose people should have some answers, because computer is part of home theatre nowadays.

I think that with some older drivers it worked that way without asking. Is that confirmation driver specific thing or does Windoze have some settings somewhere?
