Question Auros z390i Pro Wifi Not detecting M.2

Hi guys, recently got both a used z390i PRO WIFI and a Samsung PM991 for a new ITX build. Although for some reason when i plug an m.2 to it doesnt seem to recognise it. I have also tried to plug in my 960 EVO from my main machine and doesnt detect it either. Any ideas of something that i might be doing wrong? Have now updated the bios to the lateste one.

What does not recognize it?...........windows or the bios?
