Подключил монитор как второй экран для своего компьютера, кнопки на мониторе не работают, кроме кнопки его выключения. Видеокарта и провода в порядке т. к. новые. При подключении к старому компьютеру показывает то же самое

I connected the monitor as a second screen for my computer, the buttons on the monitor do not work, except for the button for turning it off. The video card and wires are in order because the new ones. When connected to an old computer it shows the same.

This sounds like a VGA monitor. Are you connecting it to a VGA port or trying to use some adapter? The adapter may be faulty or the monitor (which is probably quite old) may have failed. There is no magical cure for failed parts, cheap adapters, and incompatible parts "made" to work together.
