Auto dial VPN

Is there any way that I can force a VPN connection to auto "dial"
before log in?

Have you tried clicking the option to "Log on using dial-up connection"?

You can put an entry in the
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run key in the registry
