auto-dialing problem

Hello there,

Last two days I got this annoying problem : Windows XP dials automaticaly to the web, without even asking me. There's a small IE screen apears for a split second and then it dials by itself. This is very annoying - and I used both Ad-Aware and Spybot S&D to eliminate it but without any luck, and also Norton AV didn't find anything either.

Anyonoe can help?

What are you attempting to do when it happens? Most likely something set your 'connection' settings to dial up. Do you use dial up at all or are you cable/lan based?
Try running the connection wizard in IE. IE---> Tools ---> Internet options --> Connections tab --> Click 'Setup'
Also if there is already some sort of 'connection' profile in there try deleting it.
