Question B550 phantom motherboard not booting?

My computer turns on but the boot up light is on and I was tinkering with my computer to get better memory but I ended up messing with something I shouldn't have. I was unscrewing the big plate thing in the bottom right corner of the motherboard. Can I screw it back in?

If so, what did you unscrew? The SSD? While the system was powered on/operating?

Yes to the above paragraph it's the b550 phantom gaming 4 and no according to the manual it just says it's the b550 chip itself? I had everything turned off when I unscrewed it. It wasn't the SSD that's in the top left it was the bottom right plate looking thing toward the bottom
