Barely anything turns on

well i really dont know what happened to my hp dv6000 laptop. well now after i log in, they give me the classic theme, and nothing! turns on. for example, windows security center says it cant be started, the wi-fi search program cant be turned on, its strange. any help??

sounds like Viri to me

well what happens is that on the processes page on task manager, only 8 or so are running, and nothing can install, its just weird. idk, no idea
