Hello, technical difference between DD2 n ddr3 ram

DDR3 has higher speeds and costs less. They are also incompatible. Only things I can remember ATM

Compared to DDR2 memory, DDR3 memory uses 30% less power.

Also DDR2 runs at 1.8V and DDR3 runs as 1.5v.

The latencys are higher for DDR3 as well.
