Benq s6

hi everyone , i have bought a Benq S6 MID from taiwan and it is preloaded with chinese windows xp home edition ,an english windows xp OEM dvd is included in the package . my question ,how to reinstall windows xp from OEM disk using a bootable USB drive on Benq S6 .

contents of OEM dvd:
1. Benq S6 manual in chinese.
2. BIOS folder.
3. OS folder ( having a .gho file of around 2GB).
4. DOS folder.

as i have never done a reinstall b4 ,this is like a impossible task for me.
