[SOLVED] Best 2-drive NAS with cloud backup

Hi Folks,

Looking for a 2-drive NAS preferably with fire/water protection and ability to back up to 3rd party cloud storage like OneDrive. Any suggestions?

Found the ioSafe 218 NAS (https://iosafe.com/products/218-nas/ ). I'm thinking since this uses Synology’s OS it may be possible to use its CloudSync app to sync with OneDrive, but also wondering if there are any other NAS options out there. Thanks!

Fire and water protection, I would recommend a standard NAS, a USB3 drive and a fire safe. And if you really want protection, you need a media class fire safe, those are expensive. You need a UL 125 rated safe -- https://www.safetyfile.com/pages/ul-fire-and-impact-ratings

That iosafe one is the only model I've ever seen that is fire/water protected and to be frank, I wasn't impressed.

Safes like kanewolf mentioned would be a more foolproof way to go.
