Question Best cooler for cpu?

I currently have Corsair H110i GTX, but im considering to buy a Enermax Liqfusion 240mm - mostly for the looks.
But my concern is - does the Enermax cooler perform any good?

The Tweaktown review states that if you OC your CPU you should NOT get that Enermax cooler.
