Hello, guys! I'd like to get a new cooler to overclock my I7-7700k. But I don't know which to pick. Preferably one around 50 euros and max 70 euros. And should I get air or water cooling?
I know the I7-7700k generates a lot of heat so if a more expensive one is worth buying, I probably will!

Greetings,

Worth is something only YOU can determine.
Since you already have a hyper212, I would try it first and see how it goes.

It has a 120mm fan and radiator.
The noctua NH-u12s is the same size. It is a slightly better cooler, but likely not sufficiently better to be worth a change.

If you need more, DRP4 Pro or noctua NH-U14s or NH-D15s would do the job.
Your case has 175mm available for a cooler.
Any one you buy will fit.
The very best might be the twin radiator noctua NH-D15s:

But the less expensive NH-U12s should do the job:

The DRP4 PRO with two radiators is stronger than the DRP

Thank you for your reply. So buying the Pro instead of just the DRP4 isn't worth it? And if I buy the NH-U12, that would be good enough and much better than my current cooler (Cooler Master Hyper 212 LED)?

Thank you again! I think I made a decision and I'm going with the noctua NH-D15s. But I have one last question. Is the Dark 4 better if I'm going to buy the Noctua NH-D15s? Is it a better alternative?
