Question best hdd for long term storage

Hello,
Quick question:
I would like to know what HDD is best for long term storage in a computer. I'm replacing a wd black 4 tb but i wish to expand to 8 or 12 (or more).
i googled untill my brain exploded and i just can't make a decision. I get the feeling those comparison sites are bought by each company they advertise as best.

What hdd is quality / price best for long term media storage (documents, pictures, backups, ... )

my budget is 250 €/$.
i prefer quality/longevity over quantity.
