Best laptops for the end of 2020

Hello everyone!

I know now is one of the worse time to buy a laptop with many brands implementing Ryzen in the next year and a lot of exciting changes bringing USB-C 4 to the same level of Thunderbold 3 and intel opening Thunderbold 3 to AMD. I would love to wait for these changes, but my current surface pro 5 is literally dying (hinge broken, the battery is dead, the screen is coming, etc) hence the need for a new laptop as soon as this one dies.

What I'm looking for:

• Preferably Ryzen since its faster, cooler and uses less power, but I guess intel could work too. I'm in the tropics so heat dissipation is a concern I have with intel
• GTX 2060 GPU
• Webcam
• Preferably a touchscreen
• Located in the US
• Budget: around $2k (+/- $500)

The Asus Zephyrus G14 doesn't have a webcam or a touchscreen.
The new HP Envy 15 has everything I want but it uses intel instead of Ryzen.
I could wait for the Microsoft Surface Laptop 4, but it doesn't come until October and my surface might now hold up that long

Any other recommendations or things I might be missing?

Good point. Yes in the US and the budget is around $2k although I have the flexibility to go to $2.5k
