Best motherboard for OC?

does the motherboard also get stress if I OC the processor?
which part of the board get stress or hot?
how to know a good board for overclocking?

I'm looking for a board that has only 1 PCIE and good for overclocking processor.
I'm not planning to use dual GPU on my system. I just want to overclock my CPU.
I'm planning the i5-2500k on my system.
cause most board with good cooling has a dual PCIE slots and expensive too.

before I destroyed 2 motherboards just overclocking my Q6600, luckily my processor was OK.

I personally do not have this board, but I have heard a lot of good things about it. Supposed to overclock well. Thinking about getting it myself actually.
