What is the best powersupply for my setup?

Nvidia Geforce GTX 1060 6GB Dual OC
AMD Ryzen 5 1600x
G.Skill 2x 4GB 3200MHz
Asus B350M Mortar
2x 125gb SSD
1x M.2 125GB Evo
I have mATX build so the PSU depth is max. 230mm

I am thinking some good Seasonic or is there any good competitors

The top four PSUs in your list are all excellent choices. Corsair RMs and especially RMxs are also very good choices.

The SeaSonics below that are older, group-regulated designs, which is why you will see them cheaper. When cost is a necessity and the choice is spending on a SeaSonic S12 II/M12 II or something far worse, the SeaSonics are as dependable as these old designs can be. Note that this doesn't apply to the S12 III as they subcontracted out the manufacturing of those PSUs to an inferior third-party.

They are all good, Seasonic 550W PRIME Ultra 550 Gold is the best out of all these, I would recommend getting a 650 or 750, it's not much more expensive and that way if you upgrade your gpu/cpu to something much beefier next year you wont have to upgrade your psu again, maybe something like:

any PSU which comes with 5+ years of Warranty from any reputable brand which provides good service in your city. whichever you can find at good deal
