Question Best sub $40 Bluetooth headphones + Bluetooth headphones wont charge and USB port is loose. How to fix?

Hello, I have 2 questions.
  1. I have some Bluetooth headphones, about 2-2.5 years old. https://www.ebay.com/i/292726577228?chn=ps I used to have a different pair, but the height adjustment broke, so the company sent me out an updated model. The replacements worked fine, actually sounding decent and pretty comfortable, although they felt low quality. The battery life is quite long. They came with an AUX cord, which I'm using now, and a nice feeling carrying bag. They have some bass although quite muddy. https://www.ebay.com/i/292726577228?chn=ps About a month ago the top of the headphone snapped when I went to take them off. I taped it back together, figuring I needed to get a replacement soon. They still worked fine but just didn't clamp my head. Now the USB micro B port is not working and they do nothing when I plug them in with any cord. Is there any quick hack I can do to make the USB port function again until I get a new pair? I am currently using AUX to connect them to my pc. I have gotten my money's worth out of these $35 (original set) headphones.
  2. What cheap headphones would you recommend for about $35-50 or less? I would like a good enough quality pair to last me another couple of years of daily usage. I also would like some decent audio range, with adequate lows, mids, and highs. I'm far from a professional that needs the best sounding headphones and my motherboard only has a Realtek 800 series basic audio chipset, but having decent enough all-around clarity is almost a must for something I use daily. I don't need a microphone or really any controls built-in, but Bluetooth is a near must unless I can get a much better-wired pair for the money. Decent battery life and an aux jack would be nice. I listen to most kinds of music, but mainly rock, EDM with a little bass, late 20th-century pop, and a small amount of rap. No country at all.

I was considering the winners from this since the metal headband won't break, they have good battery life, an aux jack, and great (for the money) sound clarity.

I also was looking at Creatives line of headphones, since creative has a long history with audio equipment. I'm worried ill ill get less quality for the money compared to lesser known brands.
