Question BinFenix Nova TG fans

Hey all. I'm going to change my pc case to the BitFenix Nova TG. The fans included are 3 pin. But my motherboard, H110M-E has 4 pin headers. Will I need to change the included fans? I'm new to all this, so I'm not sure if I need to buy new fans or buy cables?
