[SOLVED] Bios and windows 10 doesn't show the installed m.2 nvme ssd

Hey guys, I recently completed my first pc build but I installed a Kingston a2000 m.2 nvme 500gb SSD and it's not being recognized by the bios and windows 10.
I've been searching through multiple forums but I have no idea about why this is happening. If you guys have any suggestions on what I should do, then please let me know.

By the way, the motherboard I'm using is the Asus rog strix z390-f

After i installed it in the second m.2 port it started working so when i reinstalled it in the first m.2 port it somehow started working there to. I must have installed it incorrectly. Thanks!
