Hello, I have encountered a problem where if I try to open BIOS, startup menu, or boot device selection, my computer will shut off and start again. I have an HP Pro Desk with an I5 6500 and Nvidia M4000 Quadro. I have had this computer for a few months but never needed to change any BIOS options. I removed my CMOS battery for a few min before turning my PC on but nothing changed. My mobo also has a button that is supposed to clear the CMOS but pressing it while booting restarts my PC, and pressing it while the PSU is turned off does nothing. It seems nobody online has has quite the same problem so I am stumped. It is not OS related because I have tried this with a Linux SSD, a Windows HDD, and none at all. Note: The HP memory test thing works, but that is the only pre startup thing that works.
