I have a Compaq CQ60-120US laptop running vista (home premium).
When I power it on, the Bios displays a line of information about various command key options (such as F8, F10, etc.)
But the duration of the display is less than 2 seconds .. too short a time to read anything.
It is possible to "pause" the display with the keyboard "pause" button ([fn][pg dn]. But, is there a way to change a Bios setting to give a longer display time??
There are many user complaints on the web about this problem, but I can't find a solution.
Thanks for your help.
