Hi!

I have an Acer Aspire VN7-571G-585B notebook.
I bought a samsung 500GB 970 Evo Plus MZ-V7S500BW M.2 SSD.
Windows sees this ssd and i can use it, so it is not bad, but i can't boot because BIOS and the boot manager don't see it ?

What is the problem? :(
is there a solution for this?

In windows 10 PRO operating system in DISK MANAGER i can see the ssd, but the BIOS does not show .. I can install windows 10 pro on the ssd with windows 10 installer, but i cant boot the ssd, because the bios and the boot manager don't show it.

If the bios boot manager can't see it most likely the operating system was not properly transferred to the Samsung. The bios boot manager only show disks that it recognizes as having valid boot data. Your hdd probably wasn't cloned properly so the Samsung isn't bootable. Try downloading the free version of Macrium and cloning your hdd again.
