bios not working right please help

i had got some 1066 ram back in august and it passed the memtests86+ no problems at all. i had a bluescreen last week and since then i have had them on and off. i only have my q6600 oc'ed to 3.0ghz and never had any problems before. well i checked my ram and its running at 1043. i went into the bios and saw it was still set to 1066 but the thing that says waht it will run at said 1043. normally it is only off by 0.1-0.2 but it has never been 10-15 off. I set it to 1080 and now its running at 1066 again but i dont want ot have to keep setting it up more and more until my ram just doesnt work anymore if its really going bad

sorry i didnt say my rig i have q6600 @ 3.0ghz, xfx 780i, 4gb ocz reaper pc 8500 @ 10665-5-5-15, evga gtx 260, x-fi fat4lity xtreme gamer, raidmax saggituras II. any help would be greatly appriciated thanks

Have you run Prime 95 lately to make sure that your system is stable?

yea i ran it for 5+ hours fine but when i ran it for 8 hours it had rebooted( ran it while i was at work didnt get to see message). i used to be able ot run it for 8 hours+ no problem.
