Question Bios won't reset

MB: MSI B350M PRO VD PLUS
RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury 16gb (2×8) 2666mhz
APU: R3 3200g
PSU: EVGA 450 br

Hello i tried building my own pc but the pc wont boot up i tried to reset bios by removing the battery and shorting jbat1 pins but the light on cpu ez debug wont turn off and the pc wont turn on.

You probably need to flash appropriate BIOS version.

Well i cant flash the bios when its not booting up T^T

Well im Removed it seemes it need a cpu from 2000 or older so i can update the bios DX T^T
