Question black screen of death

Hello, i ran into this issue just today. I have an Asrock HM110-hd motherboard, i5 2.8GHZ, AMD radeon rx480, I needed to update my windows so i did. started up fine, only issue came up that no amd software was found. the application was there tried to run it as admin, same window of it not being installed came up. I then procceded to believe it was a driver issue. they released a driver 9/29 that i have not installed. installed the driver, and it needed to be restarted. i clicked to proceed. only to come up to a black screen after the initial start up. no signal. i have restarted the cmos battery, taken out the GPU and ran with just mother board still black screen. I cant even get into BIOs to attempt to reinstall windows off of flash drive...

I'm getting same if I wait long enough hours a d hours it works again but if I turn on an on and off it won't come on within the next hour if I need it too I have to wait another whole day
