Question Black spots flickering at FPS above 60 with RX 7900 XTX ?

Good day to all!​

I began to discover this problem in almost all 3D games.​

I play in 2D or 2.5D, I did not notice these glitches.​

I've tried a lot to fix this, but nothing has worked out for me.​

Please help me.​

My PC:​

• CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D
• GPU: Sapphire RX 7900 XTX Pulse
• RAM: Kingston 64GB Fury RGB
• PSU: be quiet! Pure Power 11 FM 1000W
• COOLING: Arctic Liquid Freezer II 360 A-RGB
• CASE: be quiet! Pure Base 500DX

What does it look like in games (YouTube):​

*All recordings were made with the Default Settings in AMD Adrenaline. As you can see, when I set the limit to 30 FPS, all the Black Flickering disappear.
**It looks like in the video. Only less noticeable.

What have I tried to do:​

1. Remove drivers using DDU
2. Install driver using AMD Adrenaline
3. Install WHQL driver
4. Installed driver manually
5. Delete MPO
6. Changed Game and GPU settings in AMD Adrenaline.

My PC has passed various tests such as:​

• FukMark
• Geekbench
• AIDA64
• Unigine Superposition
• Novabench
• OCCT
• MSI Kombustor
• MemTest86
• CrystalDiskMark
• and others...

My PC did not show any Errors in these tests.

The only Error I found was crashes from the game using Ray Tracing. I do not know if this could be related in any way.

I updated the BIOS to the latest version, as for the cable, I don't have the opportunity to check it now, but as soon as it appears, I will definitely do it. In fact, I think more that this is a physical problem, I will soon take the GPU for repair.
