Question Blue screen advice....

Our pc:

ryzen 5 2600x
xfx rx 580
rog strix f gaming mobo
16 ram
650 psu

Ok. I keep getting the BS system thread exception not handled.

I keep trying to install the amd adrenalin software and that is when it happens. the installation gets to about 75% and bam blue screen. the only other hardware change was i installed a pci wifi card. what can be the problem?

other than me not installing the amd software pc works fine. thx

Can you follow option one on the following link - here - and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD - that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD

copy that file to documents

upload the copy from documents to a file sharing web site, and share the link in your thread so we can help fix the problem
