[SOLVED] Bluetooth connection problem

I'm trying to connect my Logik L32SBIN16 soundbar to my PC via Bluetooth, but it won't even show up when searching for it in the Windows Bluetooth menu. I've tried troubleshooting to no avail. Any ideas?

Hope the following tips will help you

1. Click the start menu to enter the control panel
2. On the control panel page, select "system and safety"
3. Select "management tools" on the system and security page
4. In the list of management tools, double-click "service" to open the page of service list
5. Find the system service of bluetooth device in the service list. It has been started under normal state
